APEXX GLOBAL LLC is established in the United States and is taxed under US law. Import duties, VAT and any other charges arising in the destination country are settled by the buyer in line with the agreed Incoterms, as set out in our Terms of Service.

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws that apply to us. As a service provider we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on our behalf, or to investigate circumstances that point to unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in that respect begins only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Where we are made aware of one, we remove the content promptly.
