Privacy Policy
We collect the business contact details we need to quote, supply and support wholesale orders. This page explains what those are, why we hold them and what you can ask us to do with them.
Section 1Scope
This policy covers personal data processed by APX Wholesale through this website, our enquiry and application forms, our customer portal and the correspondence around your orders.
The controller for that data is APEXX GLOBAL LLC, trading as APX Wholesale, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States. You can reach us at [email protected] or +1 (825) 785-0805, and full provider details are on our Legal Notice page.
Most of the data we handle is business contact data rather than private data: a name, a work email address, a company and a role. It is still personal data, and it is treated as such.
Section 2What we collect
- Enquiry and application data: name, company name, business email, phone number, country, business type and the product requirements you describe.
- Account data: registered company details, delivery and invoicing addresses, and the documentation you provide to verify that the business is registered and trading.
- Order data: quotes, orders, invoices, payment references and shipping documents connected to your account.
- Correspondence: the emails and messages exchanged with your account contact.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and pages requested, recorded in server and security logs.
Section 3Why we process it
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To review a wholesale account application and verify that the applicant is a trading business.
- To run confirmed orders: preparation, documentation, shipping and support.
- To meet legal, accounting and customs obligations that apply to international trade.
- To keep the website and the portal secure and to prevent abuse.
The legal grounds are the performance of a contract with your business or steps taken at your request before it, our legitimate interest in operating and securing a B2B business, and compliance with legal obligations.
Section 5International transfers
We supply buyers worldwide and work with suppliers and carriers in several countries, so personal data connected to an order may be processed outside the country where you are based, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred, it is limited to what the recipient needs for that order.
Section 6How long we keep it
Enquiry data that does not lead to an account is kept for a limited period and then deleted. Account, order and invoice records are kept for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax and customs rules require.
Section 7Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use. You can also ask to receive it in a portable form.
Write to [email protected] with your request and the account or order it concerns. We may need to verify who you are before acting. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Section 8Security
The website and the customer portal are served over encrypted connections and sit behind a security and bot-management layer. Access to account and order data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is risk-free, so if you believe an account has been compromised, tell us immediately so we can act.
Section 9Cookies
This website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. The detail is in our Cookie Policy.
Section 10Changes to this policy
We update this page when what we do with data changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
Section 11Analytics, consent management and related services
Last updated: 2026-10-08. This section was added on 2026-10-08 to describe the measurement and consent tools now running on this website. Where an earlier section of this page, or the Cookie Policy, says that Google Analytics is not used or that traffic measurement is done without cookies, this section describes the current setup.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-V3PVHKWLE8). The provider is Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and Google LLC for visitors elsewhere. We use them to understand how the website is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, whether an enquiry form is submitted, and whether the phone, WhatsApp or email links are clicked. We do not use the data for advertising and we do not share it for advertising.
- IP address and location: Google receives the IP address and browser details of the device that loads the page, and uses the IP address to derive an approximate location (country and region). We see aggregate reports; we do not use Analytics to identify individual visitors.
- Transfers to the United States: Google may process this data in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is the transfer mechanism Google relies on for such transfers.
- Retention: Google Analytics 4 event data and user data are kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Cookies: Analytics sets two first-party cookies,
_ga(up to 2 years) and_ga_V3PVHKWLE8(up to 2 years), and only after you accept the Analytics category. More detail is in the Cookie Policy. - Before you choose: until you accept Analytics, Google tags run in a restricted mode that sets no Analytics cookies. In that mode the tags can still send cookieless signals to Google that include the IP address and browser details of the request, without a stored identifier.
Consent management. Cookie choices are collected with the Silktide consent manager. Your choices (Essential, Analytics, Marketing) are stored in your own browser, in local storage, so that the banner does not ask you again on each page; they are not sent to a consent database. Analytics and Marketing are off by default. To change or withdraw your choice, use the cookie icon at the bottom left of any page and select Preferences, or clear this site's stored data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again. This website does not currently use Marketing cookies.
Country detection in phone fields. The phone field of our application form pre-selects a country calling code. The country is taken from the country information that Cloudflare provides with each request. If that information is not available, our server may send your IP address to an external IP geolocation service, ipapi.co, to find the country; the result may be cached on our server for up to 24 hours. This lookup is needed to pre-select the code and does not depend on your cookie choices. You can always change the country in the field manually.
Cloudflare. The website is delivered through Cloudflare (CDN and security). Cloudflare processes technical request data such as the IP address, request headers and security signals in order to deliver pages, filter automated traffic and protect the site. Its own terms and privacy information apply to that processing.
Contact links. If you click the WhatsApp link, you leave this website and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy information apply to your message.
