No. We supply businesses only: retailers, distributors, e-commerce sellers and corporate buyers. Opening an account means showing that the company is registered and trading, and we ask for the specific documents during the application.
Minimums are set per product line, not per order: some lines start at 10 units, some at 12, some at 100, depending on the item and how it is packed. There is no minimum order value, so you can start small and scale later.
Worldwide. Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and the Middle East are the lanes we run most often, and on those the estimated transit time for cosmetics and fragrance is 15 to 20 days. Toner and printing supplies are quicker: about 2 to 3 business days in the United States, 2 to 4 in the United Kingdom and about 10 business days to Europe and the Gulf. Most orders ship DDP, so duties are settled before the goods reach you.
Enquiries are handled between 09:00 and 18:00 CET/CEST. Anything sent outside those hours is picked up at the start of the next working period. Account applications are reviewed by a person and normally approved within 1 to 2 business days.
