We work with businesses only — retailers, distributors, wholesalers, e-commerce sellers and corporate buyers. During the application you’ll be asked for your company details and documentation confirming that your business is registered and trading.

Getting Started
Fill in the wholesale application form with your company information, business type and the product categories you’re interested in. Our team reviews every application manually and contacts you by email about the next steps.
Applications are reviewed by a person, not automatically, and approval usually takes 1 to 2 business days. You’ll hear from us by email as soon as the review is complete, and if anything is missing we’ll tell you exactly what we need.
Yes. APX Wholesale supplies businesses only, so we ask for documentation confirming that your company is registered and trading. What counts differs by country, so we request the specific documents through your account during the application rather than expecting you to guess in advance.
No. Opening a wholesale account and requesting quotes is free. You only pay for the orders you confirm.
Products & Availability
Three main categories: toners and printing supplies, fragrances, and cosmetics. Each catalog lists the brands and product lines we can currently source.
Wholesale pricing is quote-based. The price depends on quantity, product mix and destination, so we prepare a tailored quote for your requirement instead of publishing a fixed price list.
Availability changes constantly across our supply network, so the catalogs show what we can currently source rather than a live stock count. Your quote confirms what is available at the time it is issued.
Yes, and it is set per product rather than per order. Some lines start at 10 units, some at 12, some at 100, depending on the item and how it is packed. There is no minimum order value, and the minimum for every line is stated on your quote before you confirm anything.
Yes. Send us the brand, product name, reference code if you have one, and the quantity you need. We’ll check what we can source and come back to you with an answer either way.
Orders
Orders start with a quote. Tell us the products and quantities you need, we confirm availability and pricing, and the order is placed once you approve the quote.
An order can be cancelled free of charge within 3 hours of being placed. After that it has gone into processing and the logistics side has started, so it can no longer be cancelled. Changes are treated separately and there is no fixed cut-off: contact us any time before the order is handed to the carrier and we will tell you what is still possible.
Your account manager updates you at each stage — confirmation, preparation and dispatch. Shipment tracking details are shared once the order leaves the warehouse.
Yes. If you order the same lines regularly, we can agree a repeat schedule so you don’t have to request a new quote every time.
Yes, and there is no limit on the quantity you can ask for. Samples are charged rather than free, and both the sample cost and the shipping are paid by the buyer. Ask when you request your quote and we will price them with it.
Payments & Invoices
Bank transfer to our IBAN, PayPal, and card payments, which carry a 4% processing fee. On orders of 10,000 USD and above you can also pay through escrow, where an independent provider holds the funds until the agreed conditions of the order are met. Which methods apply to your order is confirmed on the quote and the invoice before you commit.
EUR, USD, GBP and TRY are settled directly. Any other currency can be used when you pay by card. The currency is fixed on the quote before you confirm the order.
Orders are paid in advance, before the goods are prepared for dispatch. On orders of 10,000 USD and above, payment can run through escrow instead: the money leaves your account into the escrow provider, and reaches us only once the agreed conditions are met. The amount, the currency and the payment reference are stated on your quote and repeated on the invoice.
No. We do not sell on credit and there are no deferred payment terms. What we do offer on larger orders is escrow, so a first order of 10,000 USD or more does not require you to send money to a supplier you have not worked with before. Payments run through bank transfer, card, PayPal and escrow providers, so both sides keep a record of the transaction.
Yes. A commercial invoice is issued for every confirmed order, including the details your accountant and your customs broker need for an international shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Worldwide. Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and the Middle East are the lanes we run most often, but we arrange shipping to any destination. Tell us where the goods need to land and we will quote the route.
For cosmetics and fragrance orders to Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and the Middle East, the estimated transit time is 15 to 20 days. It is an estimate rather than a promise: destination, mode and clearance all move it, and your quote carries the window for your specific order.
Toner and printing supplies move on faster lanes: from dispatch, about 2 to 3 business days in the United States, 2 to 4 in the United Kingdom, and about 10 business days to Europe and the Gulf countries. In peak periods the United States window can extend to 10 business days, and we tell you when that applies to your order. Other toner destinations are quoted per order.
Freight is calculated per order from weight, volume, destination and the shipping method you choose. It appears as a separate line on your quote, not hidden inside the unit price.
Usually we do. Most orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means duties and import taxes are included and settled by us. Where operational or regional conditions require it, an order ships DAP (Delivered at Place) instead and those charges are yours. Your quote states which of the two applies before you confirm.
Yes. If you prefer to arrange collection with your own carrier or forwarder, tell us when you request the quote and we’ll prepare the goods for pickup.
Returns & Support
Report it within 24 hours of delivery. Photograph or film the outer box, the packaging and the damaged goods clearly before unpacking further, then send that evidence with your order number. Reports made after 24 hours, or without visual evidence, cannot be processed as a claim.
Check the delivered quantities against your packing list and invoice, then send us your order number and the shortfall. We’ll investigate against the dispatch records and come back to you.
Cosmetics and personal care carry hygiene and safety rules that limit returns, so change of mind is not a valid reason. We do accept returns where we sent the wrong or an incomplete order, where the goods are faulty, and where transport damage was reported with evidence within 24 hours. Products whose seal, film or packaging has been opened, tested or used cannot be returned. On a valid return we cover the return freight; where a return is not justified or has not been approved, the freight is yours.
Send your order number, a short description of the problem and supporting photos to your account manager. You’ll receive a reference and a single point of contact until the claim is closed.
Our customer service is live between 09:00 and 18:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST). You can send a request outside those hours at any time and it will be picked up at the start of the next working period. Contact your account manager directly, or use the contact page and your request will be routed to the right team.
