Section 1What cookies are

This website is operated by APEXX GLOBAL LLC, trading as APX Wholesale, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States. Full provider details are on our Legal Notice page.

Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to store. They can keep you logged in, remember a preference, protect a form from abuse, or track you across sites. The last of those is the one people object to, and it is the one we do not do.

Section 2What this website uses

• Strictly necessary and security: our security and content delivery layer may set a cookie to tell legitimate visitors from automated traffic and to keep the site available. It is set for the operation of the site, not to profile you.
• Session cookies for logged-in users: WordPress sets cookies only if you log in to the site as an administrator or editor. A normal visitor browsing the pages is not logged in and does not get them.
• Form protection: our enquiry and application forms may set a short-lived cookie to prevent duplicate and automated submissions.

Section 3The customer portal

The customer portal at portal.apxwholesale.com is a separate application on its own subdomain. It uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. Without them the portal cannot work.

Section 4Third-party content

Pages on this site do not embed advertising networks. Where we link out to an external service, such as the customer portal or a payment provider, that service applies its own cookie and privacy rules once you are on it.

Section 5Controlling cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies, usually under privacy or site settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site or the portal from working properly, but nothing you block here will affect your ability to receive a quote or place an order by email.

Section 7Analytics cookies, consent and related services

Last updated: 2026-10-08. This section was added on 2026-10-08. It describes the Google Analytics 4 measurement and the consent manager now used on this website. Where Section 2 or the short summary at the top of this page says that Google Analytics is not used or that traffic measurement does not use cookies, this section describes the current setup. This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies.

Cookies set after you accept Analytics (first-party cookies on apxwholesale.com, provider Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC):

• _ga: distinguishes visitors so that Google Analytics can count visits and pages. Duration: up to 2 years.
• _ga_V3PVHKWLE8: keeps session state for our Google Analytics 4 property. Duration: up to 2 years.

Neither cookie is set before you accept the Analytics category. Google Analytics 4 event data and user data are kept for 14 months. Google may process the data in the United States; Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. Until you accept Analytics, the tags run in a restricted mode without cookies, in which cookieless signals can still reach Google. The Privacy Policy explains how that data is used.

Consent manager (Silktide). Your choices (Essential, Analytics, Marketing) are saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so the banner does not appear again on every page. Analytics and Marketing are off until you switch them on. To change your choice at any time, open the cookie icon at the bottom left of any page and choose Preferences, or clear this site's stored data in your browser to see the banner again. This website does not currently use Marketing cookies.

Cloudflare. The site is delivered through Cloudflare (CDN and security). As already described in Section 2, Cloudflare may set a cookie to tell legitimate visitors from automated traffic.

Country detection (no cookie). The phone field of our application form pre-selects a country calling code from the country information Cloudflare provides. If that is not available, our server may send your IP address to the external IP geolocation service ipapi.co. This does not use a cookie and does not depend on the choices above.
